5. Customer Obligations

• Customers must honour agreed bookings or provide reasonable notice of cancellation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid service fees or arrangements.
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

FundiWangu acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Providers, or for any disputes that arise between users. Use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Termination

FundiWangu reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users, at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.
